hi,everybody,i am a senior studying in a medical university in fujian but not majoring in english.however,i am interested in english and adept in it.i wanna sign up to take the tem-8.but i donn't know whether i have the qualification or not and where can i sign up and also donn't when can sign up?i am confused and anxious now,sincerely hope some of you could tell me or give me some suggestion.i will be appreciated with it cos i have get ready for it for about 2 years.i am really donn't wanna lost this opportunity.
